Very bad experience using GenGO: Gengo

The best thing about gengo is their customer service, they are very responsive to our needs and always willing to help you out with any problems we have had. Their rates tend to be higher than other companies but it's because they're providing quality work. So far there haven't been anything I like about them. They should make sure their prices match their high standards. We use them for all of our translation needs including website content writing. The flexibility to use multiple languages and ease of use by our team as well as our clients. I dislike the fact that I have to manually add all my clients to the system, but otherwise there's nothing I dislike about it. It has been very beneficial for us in terms of time saved and money saved. It has also allowed us to focus more of our attention on our core business activities, instead of having to worry about translating documents.
