The UI/UX design, it's easy to use for non technical users (like me). I like how you are able translate in bulk so there isn't any lag even if they're all very different languages at once. The interface couldn't be any simpler if you're looking for something with no frills but very effective at what they do - translating documents into other languages (or vice versa).
