The UI/UX design, it's easy to use for non technical users (like me). I like how you are able translate in bulk so there isn't any lag even if they're all very different languages at once. Sometimes when translating many documents into one project - say 100+ PDFs with several paragraphs each this takes quite some time but as long as your internet connection has decent speed then no problem! We were using Google Translate before which was great because we could quickly give feedback but also sometimes didn't get back what exactly had been translated properly and needed correction due to error messages coming up too much times than expected. With gendo everything gets corrected without having errors poping up everytime we have an issue while doing work. The customer service is fantastic. They are always willing to help and are very quick to respond. The price is a bit high, but I think that's because they are a relatively new company. I think they are a great company to work with. I have used them for translation of a few projects and have been very happy with the results. I have not used them for SEO.
