Exactly what I needed!

Chipmunks and squirrels stuffed into my bird feeder which hung on a shepherd's hook. Solution: I drilled a hole in the plastic plate. He threw it on a shepherd's hook. I then used a two-piece shepherd's hook clamp to keep the plastic panel from slipping off. The slab is about 36 inches off the ground. Chipmunks and squirrels can no longer reach the bird feeder.
