Not the type of print you expect

I've tried HD photos, low quality photos and everything in between. However, the print was always cartoonish and very grainy. Not the effect I'm looking for. I'm guessing it's a zinc die effect or maybe just a machine I got myself. I've seen others do very well, I even asked them to send me the exact photo they used for the sprocket test print I received and the results were NOT the same. I appreciate that this is a sticker but I would rather have quality prints on the sticker any day.
