Doesn't fit Cookies and plugs

They don't look like the picture, they don't fit to replace the missing body plugs on my car. They were too thin and didn't have the lip as shown in the picture, instead it was fitted at the top. Made it impossible to reach into the hole. This would be fine for very thin sheet metal, not a car nut.
