The most important thing for me is that I can use my own rules to set up custom fields which are not predefined by default.
It also offers some additional features like a "link" field type or an option to show only certain groups of users (e.g., customer support) when searching via email address. But there's still room for improvement regarding search result sorting options. We were looking forward to be able to combine our internal CRM with other business applications without having to create so many custom fields.
