My new glasses were uncomfortable so I bought the regular size temples first which helped a little but didn't bring much comfort, then I ordered the large size so I could wear the glasses could put on . large size compared to normal size at each temple and this helped (large size had to be trimmed down a bit to do this). You just have to be careful not to lose them, which has happened to me, especially with masks. and all. Also, remember to remove the cases when cleaning your glasses with water because if the cases get wet, they stay wet for a long time.
