This is my first time using a deep tissue massager. That's great. I've recently started exercising and I'm in dire need of a massage after my training days. So I looked for such a massage gun. A bit confused as to which one to get and this is one of the cheapest and smallest so I grabbed one. And it works great! It has 4 strength levels and I used the first level. I'm 5'7 and 150 pounds, not a short person. Level 4 is a combination of 4 levels. I use it sometimes when I feel like I really need a good massage. It's very small, I sometimes carry it to work. Use it on my leg while sitting in front of my computer. This is a compact yet powerful massager. I use it more often than the other set which is much larger. When I have pain in both my left and right shoulder, I prefer to use a relatively light weight massager to massage the other side of my shoulder. The strength of the massage is adjustable. I use the strongest level which is perfect for me. The charging port is USB, which makes it very convenient! We plan to take it with us on all trips. The battery also lasts a long time. I use it 2-3 times for 5-10 minutes each time and it's been a week since I've had to charge it. Maybe because I used the power of the first level most of the time. I recommend this one. Very good quality, enough strength for me. and it is not difficult to carry. I would recommend it.
