Turns on after 10 minutes

I really like the purpose of this flashlight and bluetooth remote, but after 10 minutes it shuts off and overheats and I have to unplug it briefly and plug it back in. I've tried using it when applying makeup but it's very difficult to unplug and plug back in to get it working again.
