The box was fine but the baskets were damaged.
Ordered 1 and it arrived damaged. The artificial material used to weave this basket is woven into metal rods that form the basket's frame. The box was fine. The basket inside was not wrapped or lined and it looks like something was placed on top of the box as the metal bars that make up the base/bottom of the basket were bent and the bars along the top were simply broken. They sent a second basket and the box was fine again. There is no wrapping around the basket in the box. When the box was opened, the basket was deformed and crooked. I give up! It was painful to come back...had to stop in 2 different places.
