This was my first purchase from this company. I did a lot of research to find extensions that would match my existing hair color (I have bailage). The hair felt very soft and looked very natural. Even my hairdresser loved it. They installed it for me and she braided my hair. The next day I unbraided the braids and the extensions were as wavy as my own hair. They initially ran out of stock and offered me a shorter length with overnight delivery. I decided to wait and the 18" was shipped next week. The support team was very responsive and got back to me quickly. I love the quality and color of the extensions and will only buy from this company.
