huh HDMI 2.0 for audio and video accessories

connected directly to PC and my video card tells me it can't output full dynamic range or RGB. Set the TV input to HDMI 2.0, but this causes interference in the form of blinking green lines and flickering, which stops when you switch to HDMI 1.4 in the TV settings. Output: NOT TRUE HDMI 2.0.
