I prefer to use powerline plugs and ethernet cables wherever possible. It seems that everyone wants to connect to the internet these days, so a strong Ethernet cable is essential. This saves you a lot of trouble in the long run. Running Cat 6 cables between home devices is a hassle, but it's worth it compared to hanging up WiFi. As such, I write my reviews based on the durability of the connectors and the cable itself, which are evaluated during installation. The relatively flat design of the ethernet ports is good as it requires less effort to get through walls etc.
