This product was visibly damaged prior to shipment - defective packaging whilst everything else in the same box was undamaged. The sacks themselves were also clearly secondary, with each sack showing slight bulges in the 3-inch rectangle, as if held down by something with a sticking-out block of nailheads. The label printing on the packaging was defective. The bags were not clean due to damaged packaging. Secondary products are fine if they are advertised as such and the price reflects this AND the usability of the product is not affected. This was not the case with this article.
