I like her look. Since I didn't need two, I gave one to my girlfriend and she did something weird and didn't stay. It jams properly, but keeps spinning. Mine has a slight stiffness that allows me to support the phone and position it however I want so I can hold it more securely. Her ring is dangling, so when she holds the phone, it wiggles and makes a nasty clicking noise. I am dissatisfied with the quality discrepancy. I plan to contact customer service with my concerns about the product and will update my review if they reply. Update: I received a refund and they didn't ask for the items. I've since gotten rid of mine as like a friend of mine she was getting weak and just wouldn't stay. After a while, it also turned a mottled silver-pink-gold color. I'm just glad I was able to get a refund for this bad product. If I were you, I'd spend a few bucks more for a more durable one.
