Took this out of the box and took me back to my grandparents' farm about sixty years ago! Talk about a moment of deja vu time warp. I've had many versions of toilet brushes over the years, each more disappointing than the last. Long wooden handles plus pliable bristles on a curved wire base gave way over the years to plastic handles, hard plastic bristles and a total lack of ergonomics that proved ineffective. Manufacturers' obsession with "new and improved" seems to have permeated our culture, leaving consumers with fewer and fewer viable options. Why look for a new and improved version of a toilet brush that works great? For real? This brush is a return to simple design, made from tried and tested materials that work. Easy to clean under the rim of the bowl. Don't scratch the bowl. Thoroughly cleans the bowl spout with minimal effort. Excellent price. Buy one or two; You will not be disappointed.
