Too big for the average woman
One size fits all for men! Women put on a thick sock, put on a splint, and pull another sock over it to keep the lower stirrup from flapping up. The lower stirrup is too loose and too wide to put the boot on. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and have to grow my foot to a size 10 to fit.
