I've been using these brushes since they first came out. I like the environmental aspect of it, but the best thing for me is the feeling of clean teeth after brushing. I prefer the "super soft filament cap" to anything else. It's gentle and literally feels like a spa for your mouth. Each replacement head lasts me 6 months (sometimes longer). I sometimes sanitize the one I use in a solution of peroxide and water and only have to change the head when it feels stiffer than it should. This product list is the best. You will receive 3 packs of two heads (for a total of 6 replacement heads per purchase). Between me and my SO, this purchase will last about 2-3 years depending on whether we catch a cold or not (we always change our heads when we're cured of some kind of infection). I used to have to go to great lengths to buy them from Whole Foods, but luckily Revain had them in stock the last two times I needed them.
