Pretty good for tools and gear

Bought to remove a small dent on a newly purchased car. The kit is pretty comprehensive and gives you many ways to use it. However the instructions are clearly translated from another language so it will take you a minute to figure out what to do and the images in some cases use tools that are not part of this kit. Photos that make you wonder if you mixed up the metal parts. There are many parts in the kit that match the size of the dent and all you have to do is apply glue to one end, tape it up and when dry, pull it up. I did about 2 hits and it got noticeably better. The trick is that it takes a long time to get the perfect result. If your dent is larger or has creases in the stamp line, this may not be what you want as you will still have a crease. If you just want it to be "passable," or you're willing to take the time to tinker with it a bit, then this will work just fine, and at $30 it's cheaper than having someone else make it done, remember he gets paid for it. So don't expect flawless results, but it has improved by 90%. I was also concerned about the glue coming off but that wasn't a problem for me although my paintwork is clean and shiny which certainly helped, I would really recommend washing and waxing your car to keep the glue from sticking adheres to the scratches. and make a bond.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Large and bulky
