Review on Chicago Metallic Cupcake Batter Dispenser by Rachel Guzman

CHEAPLY MADE.PASS: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

As a Chicago Metallic, you'd think these things would be premium. Not as much. They often arrive broken. They break easily. We had cases of it that we had to throw away. My wife and I are the only ones who bake for our cupcake shop. That's what we use. If the engineers just ripped their heads out of their you-know-what and put everything together so the tips of the handles didn't break, that would be awesome. We've given Chicago Metallic thousands of dollars through bakeware and other quality products. These fail. They fail again and again. They break very easily. I would be willing to pay more for better materials so these grips stop bouncing. Leakage problems also occur with dispensers. Some lick, some don't. Today the upholstery burst and I'm at the end of my strength. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE them when they don't snap or break. They're so cheaply made! And right at the seams too. We've been through a lot of this since we opened in 2012. We treat them like fine china. ALWAYS And we hand wash them carefully when we use them. We even hold them with both hands when dosing = burst and break. I'm very upset because we received a pair today and two of them were broken and we haven't even unpacked them! We do not allow our employees to give out cupcakes carelessly. no Not at all. Even if we are very careful, a crack shows up at the top of the handle. I will update this as I see fit. We have printed labels and are returning defective ones. We recently recycled at least 25 of these to our local city-wide garbage collector. I finally did. You'll be right back. In addition, they are no longer purple, they have turned dark red. We don't ask for a refund. We want you to hire the best engineers or let them use the best materials to craft them. And they don't have to be exact. Let us know if you would like us to help you in any way. They have one good thing, only bad materials and possibly engineering. We've tried other brands' knockoffs, but their dispensers are a bit larger, and one of Chicago Metallic's dispensers holds an even dozen, so we don't like to stray, but this can't go on. I've finished those damn dispensers. fix them. Make the best version, take more.
