I ordered 3 and only 2 were in stock!

A La Maison, my favorite deodorant! I've been using it for many years. The lavender scent is pleasant but not overpowering. And here something went wrong. I bought three pieces in a set because it was very profitable. My son ran out of deodorant so I offered to give him one from La Maison. My son came back to return it because the lid was sealed. I also looked at the bottom and found that there is no deodorant inside (the bottom is clear). That has never happened to me.
