Nice, but the hats don't stay! - Here's my solution
So, ducks in sunglasses and hats are really cute, but like most of your complaints, hats don't stick. And they definitely don't. What I did was cut a piece of "duck tape" as shown in the video and put it on the duck's head and then put a hat on the head. You might need a bit of readjustment, but it does hold the lid in place fairly well. Much luck!
