Review on Omega Paw SB Scratch Box by Maria Coleman

I got this for my kitty when I first noticed he was starting to use the couch as a scratching post. Now she is 10 months old. and still stable with this little scratch box as it holds up pretty well. As soon as she started scratching the edge of the sofa, I just redirected her paws to the box and made scratching motions there. She seemed pretty easy to grab. Keep in mind that if you have linoleum floors like me, you'll need to put some kind of anti-slip mat under the box so it doesn't move around when pets use it. She still prefers the couch, but keeping the box next to the couch helps. I guess she just has a preference and I should catch her in the act. Aside from those few sneak attacks, she likes to use the scratch box. Because she's small, she's also learned to sit on the edge of the box so as not to pretend, and she just goes into town and scratches the box. I don't know if she's attracted to the catnip oil in it or not, other than that I haven't actually exposed her so can't rate her. But I'm sure it helps the kittens who love it. For the price and size this is a great deal as I can find similar ones (with no organic catnip oil added) at major stores for about double the price. It's definitely worth a try!
