To let everyone know that this product has a 30 day return policy only. I don't straighten my hair every day, maybe once or twice a month. When I used it a few times and it didn't work properly, it was too late to do it again. First it gets too hot, hotter than it should, so it started burning my hair. I literally have to unplug it to get it cool enough to use. Then I have to plug it back in to heat it up again. Secondly, when using, the hair will get stuck in the corners of the cracks and pull your hair out. I am not satisfied with this product because my rectifier is defective. I am currently negotiating with Revain ppl to see if they exchange it, idk will do something as I am stuck with this defect or maybe this product just works like that. This is my first time purchasing this line of products, so far I am not impressed. I will keep you potential customers informed of my progress with the company and whether or not they endorse its products. Thanks Pam
