Nice necklace, I'll probably order more. The problem is that the head of the screw has snapped off and cannot be removed. I even switched to a real screwdriver and it still won't budge. As for the cost, I'll probably just throw it away as not worth explaining to the people who handle returns. We bought 9 different urn necklaces and this was the only one with problems. However, it is a beautiful thing. UPDATE: After writing this review, the company contacted me and sent me a new necklace to replace the problematic one. It arrived today and the problem is solved. Her attraction to me was a complete surprise. I certainly didn't expect it. I think there are still vendors that care about end users. Thank you for doing it right. Your customer service was excellent!
