
I've spent five days without running trying to help my calf pain and thought I'd try some type of calf compression bandage. I already wear knee pads to avoid knee pain and shin splints but when I started running I landed hard on my right foot and it caused shin splints and the pain didn't go away. They arrived in the mail today and while there is some support I don't think it will be enough for my shins. ****** UPDATE: It's been almost a year and I still wear them every time I run. I have also purchased compression sleeves from another brand as well as a pair of compression socks and none of them offer as much support as these. I don't run without her.
