, I ordered this keyboard for the new 2020 M1 Mac Mini. Upon arrival I was impressed with the keyboard's looks. The aluminum body was good, as was the feel of the keys, although the spacing between them was a little tight for my large hands. All in all, I felt I made a good purchase. However, there was one glaring bug that made my head snap when I realized the caps lock key wasn't working. When I contacted Macally Technical Support, I received an impressively quick response. Solution: Unplug your keyboard and plug it back in. Viola, the light is on. Thinking it was just a one off accident, I moved on. However, the next time I woke the computer up from sleep, the light stopped working. Disconnect and reconnect and the light came alive again. Since this obviously wasn't a one-time accident, and the idea of unplugging and plugging the keyboard EVERY TIME I restarted or woke my computer from sleep mode was unacceptable to me. So I contacted Macally Technical Support again for a better and more permanent solution. Their response was that my "only option" was to download a third party software called CAPSIN. This would provide an audible and visual indication on my computer monitor, but would not fix the indicator light on the keyboard. For me, this level of clutter to overcome a design flaw wasn't something I wanted to live with. Luckily I was able to return the product without wasting any time. If you like to tolerate such a flaw, otherwise I can recommend the product. However, I feel like there are too many other options on the market that work properly.
