I love showering at night and going to bed super clean! It gives me the best sleep. However, since my hair is wet, I tend to get very cold if I sleep with wet hair. I hate using regular blow dryers because they make my hair super frizzy and dry and give me a lot of dandruff. I've been using this dryer/brush at night after showering for the last 3 days and I can tell you how great it is! It dries my hair quickly (I have fine hair) and doesn't leave me frizzy, dry or flaky. It's almost the same as brushing hair and won't hurt your hands like regular hair dryer. It's simple and amazing. This product has completely changed my nightly shower routine! Wonderful!
