Ideal for jump starters, chargers and portable power supplies

Good. My lithium battery was completely empty. It will not charge. My battery required a minimal charge to activate the circuit board inside the battery. I disassembled the battery and charged it a little, bypassing the board. Then I tried port charging and it worked. So don't throw away the battery
