I originally purchased this soundbar in January 2020. It arrived on time, installation was easy, and the sound quality is great. There was one exception. About every 2-3 minutes, the soundbar would make such a loud pop for no apparent reason. The first time I thought it was lightning during a thunderstorm. I re-read the troubleshooting guide and plugged it into a different outlet and the frequency decreased but the intensity stayed the same. I was just about to see what could be done when the seller contacted me and wanted to know how my buying experience was. Then I informed them of the problem. They didn't hesitate or stop for a second and said they would send me a brand new one. No questions were asked. I was quite shocked and very pleasantly surprised. It was on a Thursday and on Monday I received a new soundbar. I installed it and it worked all night checking for problems and so far it's perfect as they are. So this soundbar from this vendor is way up there, if only because it offers better customer service. I will update this review as needed.
