Here are my application tips: - Heat water to 195-197. This is much better for me than the lower temperature I tried first. Make your own milk froth: Take a jar with a lid, fill it 1/4-1/2 full with skim milk (you won't get all of it), shake. remove the lid for a minute, microwave for 30-45 seconds and you have warm milk and froth to add! - In the Aeropress, add thick and then water; Stir for 10-15 seconds, then immediately lower the top pestle just enough to seal - Microwave milk, cream, syrup, vanilla, etc. in a glass measuring cup for 30-60 seconds (taking care to ensure that this is the case). does not spill) - Slowly push the water and coffee through the filter with the pestle - Add milk, cream, etc. I make a double cup and put it in a stainless steel glass where it stays hot for a few hours. love how easy it is! Definitely high on my recommendations.
