I really like that they are always willing to work with you if there's something specific about your website or design project we need help finishing up for us! They're also very responsive when it comes time for billing questions as well - super friendly people who take pride in their craftsmanship :) The only thing i don't enjoy so much is having them make changes without asking me first (even though this was an oversight from my end). Just be sure before signing anything that everything has been discussed beforehand because sometimes things can get lost along translation/communication issues between myself & team members at WD Sites.
