Review on πŸ’§ LifeStraw Home Water Filter Pitchers and Dispenser: Ultimate Protection Against Bacteria, Parasites, Microplastics, and Chemicals by Tanya Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I didn't think water would impress me so much

I have drunk filtered water and pur and brita my whole life. Well this time around I've decided to replace a broken clunky razor I bought a few years ago and see if there's anything better. I'd known about the Lifestraw straw filter for a long time, so I was intrigued that they made a jug. I was certainly hesitant with this coal tar review, but I believe the answers they gave to the questions removed anything harmful. They are very committed to their clean water mission so I don't think they would willingly sell anything dangerous as shown in another review. I've followed the setting and I've been using it for a while now and I have to say it really is the best tasting water I've ever tasted. I left a glass of this water overnight and the water tastes EVEN better than freshly filtered water. Already recommended to people. I'll say I have a big one, and it's so big it almost doesn't fit between the shelves in my fridge! It just fits, given a little thought, to slightly lift the top shelf on the pitcher side when sliding in or out to get past the bumper on the edge of the wire shelves. A minor inconvenience compared to how much tastier the water is. I never expected to be so amazed by the taste of the water.

Pros
  • Retains important minerals and enhances taste. Life Straw home filters remove unwanted contaminants from water while retaining important minerals such as magnesium, potassium, carbon and sodium that are good for your health.
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
