Terrible Customer Service & Software that won't work
The price of this software was one reason we purchased it! Even after paying for an upgrade at some point in time later I had no idea what went wrong so they couldn’t send us help files/support, which just made me realize how out-of-touch their customer service team actually were. For example when all my photos came back from processing without any errors there still wasn’t anything available about why everything looked different than before I took them..it didn’t seem like anyone cared either way? Their support site doesn’t have much info either as well. It seems once again they got someone who knows nothing about photo editing into management positions over those more experienced people who would know something about using photoshop properly. You get none of these benefits by purchasing this program because its literally useless unless your willing to pay $400-$500 per license. Go look elsewhere.
- They claim that you can do almost every professional looking effect with ease but not really..you don't even need Photoshop or Gimp
- Adobe Lightroom is great if only used correctly..It's also VERY expensive; too high quality features should be free (especially since most users are already going broke buying programs)
