I like that it's easy to use, all my employees can access their information at any time from anywhere in our office or home! It is very user friendly for new hires as well with its simple interface of having one place where they have everything stored under different categories such as payroll info etc.. Nothing really but sometimes when you're not logged into your account if there are too many tabs open (like employee portal) then some areas will just stop loading up until i log back onto mine which makes me think maybe this isn't an issue? If anyone has other suggestions let us know what those would be so we could implement them next year :) We've been able to streamline most administrative tasks since implementing HRIq cloud through creating separate sub accounts/sites within each department including Payroll & Benefits - Employee Portal Site.
