Of course, right after my return period expired, this car mount literally stopped working. It won't stay and just keeps falling - no matter how I put it in there and after clearing the area beforehand. Very frustrating! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! ***Updated Rating*** I have upgraded my rating from one star to four because after writing a very honest review about my personal situation with this item, the seller actually contacted me on their own, with a lot of effort, things Right and I really appreciate the effort because "customer service" hardly exists these days. Without asking me, they offered to send a new replacement free of charge for the previously purchased car mount that was no longer sticking. They even extended my warranty from 24 months to 30 months! If this product works then it is a great product and without the product you CANNOT seriously beat the customer service so I highly recommend buying this product! Sometimes things happen, but knowing that you have a salesman behind you who is ready to solve any problem that arises tells me that they believe in their product and VALUE their customers which is why I will be buying from this company in the future!
