I received this product recently and it fits my 5th generation iPad Mini. Excellent! It's lightly padded for protection, but not so bulky that I can't carry the iPad in my purse. It's lightweight and looks well made. The strap that helps hold the iPad while reading is a nice touch. I have small hands and usually have to hold the Mini with both hands, but the strap allows me to hold it with one hand. Some previous reviewers said they had issues with the lid not turning off the iPad when they close it. If you slide the lid too far to the right when closing the iPad, the magnet may not hit the target on the iPad and turn off. I've caught myself doing this a few times; However, I just make sure the iPad turns off when I close the lid and readjust the lid if necessary to make sure it turns off. You can tell your iPad is still on if you don't hear it turn off or if you still see light coming out of the lid. I don't think making sure it's off is a big deal. So far I think the cover is very nice and professional looking. All cutouts fit well together: camera lens, headphone jack, charger and side buttons. I would buy this again.
