I returned it about 3 days after receiving it. I was so excited when it arrived. Unfortunately, not all of us can afford a professional massage. I have a tedious and very stressful job and ever since my baby was born my back has been a mess. I desperately needed something other than my heating pad to help. I used it as soon as it arrived. My god it was amazing. Plug in and relax. The little massagers are pretty stiff, but if you position them properly, they'll feel great. Then I used it again before bed. I felt amazing. The next day my back hurt a little but I thought that was normal. I went to work and had severe back pain all day. I came home from work and saw bruises all over my back. I don't know how this even happened as during a massage I always ask her to use her elbows or push really hard to loosen any knots. But it literally bruised me and I was in pain for days. Needless to say I had no intention of trying again so I sent it back and am still looking for something else.
