We LOVE this oven and toaster combo. We've had toasters for years and I didn't realize how bad these all-in-ones really are at making dry, unevenly toasted bread. The bread is toasted perfectly every time! We're getting used to the oven as it cooks very efficiently and heats up to true oven temperature faster than other appliances we've owned. a Thanksgiving side dish as the holidays approach, but we appreciate that it does better than what it was designed for: toast and an alternative for making fries or reheating a small casserole when we don't want to turn on the big oven . The controls are very simple and easy to use. The ringing at the end of the timer doesn't bother us at all and the ticking of the timer doesn't bother us at all. Our old oven would make an annoying digital beep every time we accidentally hit the controls, and this unit is such a refreshing change. As true proof of the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid!), we covered the drawer with foil to make it easier to remove drips and crumbs. And the tray slides out really easily. There is enough clearance between the tray and its oven slot to prevent larger crumbs or pieces from being scraped back into the oven when you pull out the baking tray. We also love that the baking sheet doesn't have to be tilted or tilted to get it out of the oven like our old one did. This is too good to be true! We hope that this stove will serve us for a very long time.
