Although the EZ ink product was an Epson ink cartridge designed for Epson printers, the Epson printer has a "Standard" program, which does not allow remanufactured ink cartridges to work in the printer. I had to return the product which was easy apart from the time and effort it took to fix the issue. Ironically, I have to print a return label, but I can't use my printer because "recycled" ink cartridges don't work. So I had to drive 15-20 minutes to a basic grocery store and buy genuine Epson ink cartridges. Return home and print the label to return the ink cartridges to Revain.
