The ability for my team members to have access from anywhere at anytime through their mobile devices without having to go into an office or building was very helpful! I would like it if we could use this software outside of work hours as well but currently only available during business hours. It does not allow us to do so yet which makes me sad because i love being able to log out when needed even after working hard all day long. Make sure you are aware what your needs are before purchasing any kind of computer program be they cloud-based programs or physical computers. We used this app mainly just to make communication easier between employees who were spread throughout different states and countries easy by using cell phones instead of physically going back home each night.
