The ease with which I can create my own reports from our data sources is great! It's very easy to do custom queries as well (which are not always available in other BI tools). We have an application that we use internally called "Hub" where all employees share information about their daily tasks - this allows us quick access into specific employee workflows without having them log-in separately every time they need it. This feature would be even better if you could also integrate your Salesforce or CRM system so salespeople/customer service reps don't lose productivity when trying find something within these systems while working off site at customer sites etc. Also some fields like Account Name & Contact Email Address aren’t easily searchable by account number alone – but instead require manual searching through contacts list one after another until finding what was needed.
