*no, this is not paid advertising! I'm only writing this review because I want the manufacturer to keep making or improving these dimmers! Also help those who are looking for what I was looking for. I sorted the wiring in the camper and to my knowledge cut the wires from the original on/off switches and hooked them up to this 12v touchpad dimmer switch which is on a makeshift basis for now but for the price of a dimmer works amazing! Does exactly what I expected, dim the lights! The great thing about this switch is that the dimming function is precise and can be switched off almost completely to full voltage. The dimmer slider is very accurate, almost the same as a regular iPhone slider. The lights just won't "turn on or off" when controlling the brightness. There's a smooth transition from light to dark (a vice against it), although the "Mode" selection is pretty much useless. It has modes in which the light slowly dims and then comes back to full brightness. and a strobe, which to be honest the strobe function would be neat if you were having a rave party. Second, he says he has "3 channels". I assumed you could control up to 3 different strings of lights separately via settings or touch functions, but no, each channel is controlled by the same inputs. but for 17€ this is the best 12v dimmer on the market in my opinion. I ordered the last 3 in stock as I want to control the kitchen and living room lights separately. Also one for the bedroom. One for storage. I hope the seller has more in stock.
