Review on 🖨️ ELEGOO Neptune 2S Extruder Printer with 220x220x250mm Build Volume by Anthony Grover

I have a second Neptune 2 as I had to return the first one due to the constant temperature rise and when navigating the menu it shut down completely. shut down and restart. I tried to resolve these issues with tech support but since we were emailing back and forth it was taking too long so I decided to send it back to Revain. Two days later I was replaced! very impressive! Unfortunately I have the same problem with the second one. The temperature constantly wants to rise and spoils the material so much that it spoils the print. I have to babysit him all the time. The connection problem doesn't appear as often as the first one, but it does happen. I have an old Wanhao Duplicator I3 Plus that puts the Neptune 2 to shame. I can start from there, walk away, and come back to near-perfect pressure. I'm seriously considering getting a second one too. It got great reviews on YouTube and for the price I thought it wasn't a problem but so far I'm 0 out of 2. EDIT 27/7/21 I'm pretty good at admitting when I'm wrong, this is it way it is. here. I am a printer novice and was the cause of the problems reported above. I tried to print the temporary tower and didn't notice that the postscript is still active. Every time I tried to print something, this postscript worked, intentionally causing transient anomalies that ruined my prints. The second one was the same because I used the same Cura Slicer. Elegoo's support has been amazing and patient. We were in constant contact until they could identify the problem I was causing. They even apologized for putting me through that! Now I can print great detail and am very impressed. Thank you Elegoo!
