I needed a new keyboard and wanted something fun and different - I love the look of the retro keyboard with round keys that look like an old typewriter and even better, it looks a lot like an old keyboard. made a car (not 100% but damn close). That means it's a LOUD clicking sound. So when you are with other people or someone trying to watch TV or listen to music, it will be very annoying. The click sound cannot be muted. I totally underestimated what you could do with the colors of this keyboard when I bought it - after plugging it in, reading the instructions and playing around with it I was amazed - you can set this to several different light scrolling/flashing patterns or not no light at all, if you will. Colors are bright and beautiful, but not so bright as to be distracting or distracting. I get compliments when someone sees how cool it looks/feels. I haven't used it very much for gaming, but for the small games I've made it works great, it's pretty handy and easy to use. For the price I think this is a great purchase, I would definitely recommend it.
