This lunch box is amazing! And it's literally massive! I bought it for my friend who works in construction which requires many hours of work. He loves it because it has so much room to pack enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner when he needs it! If he gets up very early for work, he's not always hungry, so he packs something to eat later. He "cooks" a lot so he uses Tupperware which has multiple compartments for different types of food and this lunch box keeps everything super cold and fresh! For example, it packs things like apples, bananas, strawberries, grilled chicken, lettuce, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cheese slices, protein shakes, bottled water, sandwiches. actually everything haha. I would recommend this for those who defiantly can't always cook all their meals at home and want to try and stay as healthy and fresh as possible while on the go! It will be a great lunch box, even for a picnic!
