This is normal, but the HDMI adapter may not work.
Everything came as promised but the mini HDMI to HDMI adapter did not work when connected. I found that all the cables I have had the plug on it being too long and not making contact with it. all adapter pins. Otherwise everything else worked. To attach the adapter, I drilled the HDMI side 1/8" deeper to allow the cables to seat properly.
