Review on Serta Executive High Back Office Chair with Lumbar Support: Ergonomic and Gaming-Friendly Design, Upholstered in Bonded Leather Gray by Anthony Morrow

I thought this was the perfect work chair and would be well made and comfortable for Serta and I liked the ivory color for a change as most of them were black. I had to give one star to post a review. I'm waiting for UPS to pick it up today for a refund. What a problem! I got it a few weeks ago, assembled it and immediately had problems with the height adjustment not working, falling armrest trim, broken leather pads on the back of the seat and even pads on the side of the backrest. . I wanted to try and live with it, but after weeks of feeling like it would slide out of my chair at my desk, I decided to take it apart and send it back. This is a good looking chair but with too many problems.
