I bought two of these for a BTS concert (one for me, one for my cousin) and was pleasantly surprised at their size. I packed two 20-ounce water bottles, a glow stick, some granola bars, a wallet, and a few other items, but there was still plenty of room. The front zippered pocket is also massive; I have a keychain with a glowstick and a fairly large butter smart pen, but it's nowhere near full. My cousin was also able to customize the sweatshirt she bought. The plastic is pretty thick. So if you want to get rid of any shipping dents I would suggest wrapping it entirely with a blanket for a few days to restore shape. I couldn't give 5 stars because the top handle came off the bag on my cousin's back. I had no problems. Recommend this backpack for any activity that requires a see through bag but be careful with the top handle.
